we order a wheel chair for my mother. It was cancel it a week later due to the death of my mother. never got our money back.

On sept 28th *** (husband) and I (daughter) went and paid for the wheel chair. we paid by check # *** served us and explain the bill to us. The check $ 1,188.75 was cashed on Oct 17 / 2017. We called and cancelled the wheel chair on Oct 4TH / 2017. Due to the turn of heath of ***. She passed away on Oct 13th /2017. We called Motion specialties ( XXX-XXX-XXXX) and talk to a *** and *** They keep telling us the check is in the mail. we called head office ( X-XXX- XXX- XXXX) They tell us the will call us back and never do. How do we get our money back?
