The Hyundai Sonata sold to this young lady was in perfect condition before she took it to [redacted].   We actually used this car for six months as a loaner car. She says I was unresponsive which is totally false . I just had enough of being screamed at over the phone . Secondly we did...

everything to try to help her . Even though the car was perfectly normal before going to jiffy lube. We actually still had the car towed to the [redacted] dealer for her. Just to try to help her out. As we suspected it had looked like the car was driven without oil in it at one point . Which we had no control over. Lastly the car actually had a recall on the Engine that Hyundai was going to try to still get covered. The customer wanted us to furnish her a rental car which we told her we could not do. After we had the car towed to Hyundai we never heard back, so we figured that she finally realized jiffy lube did mess her car up or it was covered under a warranty. The only thing ever stated to the customer is that we found it odd she took it in for an oil change then she had engine problems within hours . That’s when the customer stated “well it was riding rough” I have full documentation of the work including the oil change that was done before the car was sold . We also have all our cars emissioned and state inspected at a off site service station before the car was delivered to the customer.
