Mr. [redacted] reported to us that his vehicle's trim started to look "tarnished" as it had been sitting outside. He applied our Back-to-BlackTrim Restorer liquid to several parts with good results, but on his front grille he had unsatisfactory results for reasons we have yet been able to identify.
This is a product that has been on the market for over 20 years, having sold many hundreds of thousands of bottles worldwide, and Mr. [redacted] experience is quite unique.
Our normal policy is a money-backsatisfaction guarantee, and Mr. [redacted] has received a refund for the purchase price, as well as some additional products to help address the issue.
Based on the photos and details we received from Mr. [redacted], we are noticing what looks to be a manufacturing characteristic in the injection-molded plastic, and have suggested he seek a warranty replacement.
We are still working with Mr. [redacted] for a more satisfactory resolution to the problem he is experiencing, and I will be inspecting the vehicle myself.

Review: Hello I have a 2006 Saab 93 Aero makes refinish products for Headlights . I have used there Headlight Kits a few times and it has damaged my headlights for my Saab 93 I have called the person by the name of [redacted] and spoken of this matter to him by phone and letter. They won't fix or replace my damaged head lights I have photos and before and after pictures about the damages . I am willing to be flexible about getting this fixed but I am firm that the product damaged my car .Desired Settlement: I would like a full replacement of OEM headlights from Saab new headlights to be fixed.
