My family which includes 3 small children stayed at motel 6 in *** texas on march 6th and 7th. Upon checking in on march 6 the room was extremely dirty. I informed front desk of the issue the following morning. I was told maids would come clean as it was NOT cleaned prior to our stay. Maids never came. I asked why not and they told me the rooms only get cleaned every other day. I asked for a discount on the room due to the filth and was denied. My family had no choice but to stay here both nights due to being stranded due to our vehicle having issues. The daytime front desk worker named *** was extremely rude and told me to go back to speak to the manager which I did. I confronted the manager about the filth and I was told I should have done it upon checking in that there was no refund or discount they could give me. He also was extremely rude raised his voice to me. My family had no choice but to dtst due to no vehicle being it was in the shop. Nothing was clean prior to renting the room out bedding smelled towels etc floors were filthy hole in the wall everything was just pure filth and I had to keep my 3 small children in there the manager named robie dasi basically said oh well. I am seeking a refund for my stay and for something to be done about the filth very unsanitary especially for small children children that have breathing issues at that.
We already took care of this complain in March with motel 6. We gave guest 1 night refund. As far as she is claiming about us yelling at her it was completely false. I don't know what she talked with ruby but I never yelled at her. When she came to complain about room, I just asked her why she didn't came yesterday I could have moved them to different room. And also when she came I did offered to move her room but for some reason she stated crying and started talking with other guest who was in the lobby. Then she left. About cleaning there room we did offered but she said she doesn't want service until her husband comes back from body shop. But the time he came back our housekeeper was already done and gone. We did offered them clean towels. I can understand she was stranded but she didn't even want to move a room next day.
At that time we did had new housekeeper so I apologize for the room.
I already attached copy of a receipt.
