Motel 6 - Portland - Tigard West

Yes as the manager of the Motel here in Tigard I am aware of the issue with the guest pillow. As stated by guest, the pillow was tossed. The pillow that was tossed against policy and guest was told. As the manager, I had only received the phone call from the guest regarding the
pillow. As far as corporate following thru on the complaint, I as manager never heard back from them either. I am willing to pay for the replacement of pillow by offering a gift certificate for a free room at motel anywhere in the US. I apologize for any miss understanding that this has caused. We strive to make customer service our first priority. I hope that we can solve this issue and gain back your trust and business in the near future. Please feel free to contact me for any questions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I am glad he is willing to try and resolve the lost pillow I would be open to the offer of a free nights stay for compensation for the pillow; however, can you be more specific as to when the free room would have to be used and any other regulation or restriction upon use of the free voucher

response because:   The representative from motel 6 called and told me that she could not honor this rate and that I could rebook at a much higher rate which I refused so she canceled my reservation.  Attached is a copy of the booking that I made.  [redacted].com informed me that Motel 6 or their representatives load the rates into their system and they have no control over the rate, therefore it is Motel 6 that is responsible for this.They should honor the rate as originally booked.
