On 12/17/2019, I ordered a Gogo Tuner Horizon Limited Edition Orange Chromatic Pedal Tuner via the gogotuners.com website (Gogo Tuners LLC is apparently a subsidiary of the Mostert Marketing Group). I paid $99.00 with my credit card. I received email confirmation of my order from GoGoTuners on 12/17/19. My credit card was charged for $99 on 12/18/19.

Using the gogotuners.com interactive “contact us” page, I submitted a customer service inquiry as to the status of my order. I don’t remember the exact date, but it was likely in early January 2020. On 1/14/2020, Michael Mostert (CEO of Mostert & Associates) emailed me to write:

“Hi Fred, Can you forward your shipping address? We have a glitch in the system showing order number but not specific product and address.”

That same day (1/14/2020), I replied to Michael Mostert’s email and relayed to him the information he requested

After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, on 1/30/2020 I emailed Michael Mostert again to inquire about my order.

On 2/9/2020, I emailed Michael Mostert again and inquired about my order, asking him to reply to me by the end of the week to confirm wither a deliver or refund was pending.

On 2/17/20, I made a phone call to Mostert Marketing during business hours Pacific time; there was no pickup, and I left a phone message reiterating what I had written in my email of 2/9/2020.

To date, I have received neither the tuner nor a refund of my $99 payment. I have been very patient, and I am sympathetic to any computer system issues this company is dealing with. At the same time I have received no response since the email from Michael Mostert on 1/14/2020. I would like to resolve this issue with either delivery of the tuner or a refund.

We apologize in any delays on this specific order , we had implemented an updated back end

e commerce program which apparently has some glitches

I am rejecting this response because: I checked my credit card statement online and there has been no credit to my account. I am sympathetic to the issues Mr. Mostert is apparently having with his e-commerce program. Perhaps there is another way to refund my money, such as sending me a check. And, as before, I would very happy if he could send me the actual tuner I ordered. I am open to working this out.
