company failed to perform services we paid for (we paid for 7 sprays but only got 4)In late April or early May 2014 I purchased a full season of Mosquito treatments. This included 7 sprays for $40 each = $280. My neighbor purchased the same treatment plan after we told him about it. The Mosquitornators ([redacted]) only came out 4 times. The first 2 times were fine but then I had to call and email him repeatedly to remind him to do the treatment. After the fourth time I couldn't get a hold of him and when I finally got a reply I was told that the sprays could be used in the next season (2015). Now I checked the website but the website is no longer available. Thus, both my neighbor and I are owed 3x$40 = $120 (each). Desired SettlementWe want a refund of $120.
There was a [redacted] deal for Mosquitonators. I contacted them to see if they service my area, they said they did. I bought the deal and contacted them and they scheduled two visits to my home. I took the day off without pay and they did not show up. They did not call, they did not email. I emailed them with no reply. I contacted them via their website today and they told me they would no longer service my area??? They said they would, they made the appointment. I missed work.Product_Or_Service: one Acre mosquito treatment (2 times)Desired SettlementI want the service that I paid for.Business Response When the appointment was originally scheduled we had a tech working in her area. That changed however and we no longer had a tech in her area at the time of her appointment in order to service her. We explained and she got a FULL refund from [redacted]Consumer Response I have not gotten a refund from [redacted] I have not gotten reimbursed for a day off from work. I never even got a phone call from this company explaining anything, just a no-show!Final Business Response [redacted] contacted me a while back in regards to the refund for this customer and I explained to them the circumstance as to why we were not able to service this customer. When I look [redacted] up in our [redacted] Merchant portal it indicates that the customer was fully refunded on 7/2/14. Since this was a [redacted] purchase she would have to resolve any issues as it pertains to refunds with [redacted]
