Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I still think they have very poor customer service, given that they never responded to any inquiry on my part until I filed this complaint It shouldn't take such an effort on the part of a customer to get the vendor to reply to a simple query on the status of an order They never even acknowledged receipt of the item I sent to them for repair
I am rejecting this response because: Until the money is received into my account
Even though the unit is out of the warranty period, in the interest of good customer service we have issued them a pre-paid shipping labelWe will re-diagnose the unit at no chargeWe hope this is to their satisfaction

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Once Contact was made they were very efficient as to the resolution.
I am rejecting this response because:This is not the complete message from the company. My correspondence began with "[redacted], That really wasn't necessary. You can obviously communicate with us by any number of means. As we stated to the Revdex.com:" The person that sent this message did not identify himself/herself and the statementthat they can be reached any number of means is untrue. No one answers the phone number posted on their website or on the Revdex.com's site. After reviewing the new order generated by an unknown employee (#[redacted]) I inquired why this was on the "order" Priority Repair (5-7 Day Turn-Around):No. I have gotten no response to this email. I reluctantly shipped the unit back to the company today with no assurances as to when they would properly repair and return it.
This is unfair, we have already repaired and shipped the customers unit back! [redacted] Tracking # [redacted].
