I included three attachments:
1.) My payment receipt from paypal
2.) My email conversations back and forth where we agree on price and terms (including multiple promises that the site will be up on a specific date)

what I thought would be my domain name but are now garbage because [redacted] did not give me my domain name back.
I've lost money in marketing and advertising costs and in so much work that this bad business agreement has costed me that I don't know if there's any way for me get refunded for that but the $102.17 there's a clear receipt of payment to his company.
Also, I have emailed back and forth with [redacted] about transferring my domain name but they said they need the permission of [redacted] to do so.
Regarding the business address being a home address - this is an online business because he is a web developer so there is no brick and mortar store address.
Best,

Review: I hired [redacted] of Mosh Co. to create a website for me in February 2014. I paid him for the website and for the domain name which he registered for me. He promised me the website would be completed within a few weeks. To date (June 2014), he had not created any website for me. He also kept my domain name and despite multiple requests to transfer the domain to my name he did not do so. From February to May, [redacted] and I emailed back and forth on the website details. [redacted] promised me multiple times that the website was "almost done and will be up tomorrow," [redacted] started ignoring my emails and phone calls after May. I cannot get in touch with him anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $102.17 that I paid and I would like my domain name to be returned to me.
