Dear Revdex.com, Summary: I was emailed from Moser tax advisers on January 20, at 5:27pm with an unexpected bill of 2,dollarsThe main issue is, many of the charges I did not even know they were charging me, nor did they send me monthly statements to give me the customer a mental picture of what was going onThe interesting thing, it took them a whole YEAR to send me a bill, and the first bill they sent me had late chargesI can see if they were sending me bills every month, however this is not the caseAnd this is one of the reasons why I was caught off guardThe other issue with their billing, is that they double billed me some chargesI have records of bank statements to prove that I had this balance paid off, however it resurfaced in their billing a year later, which is double chargingSome of the other issues with their billing, they would be charging me without my permission, without my knowledge and there is no document that they gave me that told me they could just
