We had a leak in our attic, turns out our air conditioning unit sits in a pan that drains to the exterior of the house. Well the drain was plugged and the pan was full and leaking. What a disaster, it could have been. Tiffany had the guys routed to our house immediately, they fixed the drain and saved a lot of potential water damage.
