Bought this washer from moe's it did not work Io contected them they never came out and now I have to put more money in this to get it working they said it had a 7 day warranty
All they do is lie and then block you
and I found an add on offer up for a company selling refrigerators at a cheap price with a guarantee of a 7 day warranty. We go to the store and purchase a refrigerator and later that evening the company (moe's appliances) delivers our refrigerator. *** hooks it up and we leave it sitting over night. The next morning we realize the ice maker was not working so we contact the company immediately. Upon buying this refrigerator we where told it came with a 7 day warranty which is why we where comfortable with buying it without being able to fully test it. With contacting the company the manager (***) tells us he will send a repair man out later in the evening to take a look at it and if they could not fix it they would replace the fridge with a new one. We waited for hours and no one showed up. This continued for 6 days, we would contact them and they would promise to send someone out and no one would show. On the 6th day *** went back to the store and spoke to the repair man himself and was told they would be out the next day to fix it. Within 30 minutes of *** leaving the store the repair man contacts him and tells him he quit due to the company not having the money to pay him. I then proceeded to try and contact both the manager and the owner himself and no one contacted me back. The next day the manager contacted me and informed me he also had quit but the repair man stated he would still come out and look even though he no longer worked there. No one ever showed up and no one has bothered to contact us in regard to this issue. Now the 7 day warranty is up.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As I have stated before we where given no information in regards to a warranty until after the fact. Upon finding out we contacted both *** and the owner and they both stated they where going to send someone out to fix what was wrong regardless on what was broken on it because it had been less than 24 hours at the time that we bought it. When we viewed the post there was nothing in there stating the warranty and when you go into the store there is no way to know what is hung on the walls because there is so much product out on the floor you can hardly walk. With this being said I do not feel as though I should have to request to see a warranty when there is no way to test the product fully in store before you buy. This is a crooked buisness and after a week of being promised something was going to be done it's frustrating.
