Hello,We are sorry that the traveler is so dissatisfied We would like to refund this client's deposit so that he can move forward and find alternative travel arrangements We do admit that a quoting error was made by mistake when showing two products side-by-side in a price comparison that showed the rates as matching, but it was an honest mistake with no ill intent The client is correct that there was a $5,difference, but that lower priced option in that particular category was not even an available option at the time or is an option now It should not have even been mentioned We apologize for that We never overcharged the traveler for the particular trip we booked, and our Antarctica rates match the market retail rate There were multiple attempts by our staff member to contact the client to discuss the situation by phone after the email exchange was so negative Considering the current sentiment, we have submitted the refund to the passenger's credit card today We apologize that this matter couldn't be resolved or clarified directly, and we hope that the client can find an Antarctica option that works better for them.Jonathan B [redacted] General Manager
