Ms*** has received her furniture as of 12-13-2017 I followed up with her by email to make sure delivery was complete and she was satisfied.The inventory was wrong in the computer and a physical check was not done like it should have been. We were able to have her sectional put on
truck when I became aware of the situation and make sure she was delivered before her company came into town. I understand she is upset however when I became aware of the problem the sectional was in her home the next weekShe will getting her delivery charge back only and hope this resolves any more of her issuesI am actually a little surprised and slightly offended that she posted this when I took care of it for her as soon as did I when I just came to that location. The representive did not go over the contract with me as I advised I was only in the place for less than enough time to read a paper, he was rushing to close the store. This has caused me a significant amount of hardship with this doubling in amount.
