As the customer said, he paid to have a new pull on his zipperWe did as he askedWhen he came in and spoke with our employee Kathy to say he now had a stuck zipper, she may have offered those options he mentioned to [redacted] , however she herself was not in a position to give him the refund That would have to be done by a managerShe was just the person helping him at the time and no one with the authority to refund money was there at that time of the evening.We understand that [redacted] *s such a busy man, therefore we will send a check to him for the $to the home address he has listed here in his complaintErez H [redacted]

That would have to be done by a manager.
