DO NOT USE!!!!!! Stay away!!! Scam!!! Honestly, learn from someone else's experience because this company has caused all kinds of trouble for me.
All of my belongings did NOT make it to my house and some things showed up damaged. They literally marked every belonging I have as damaged or faded on their inventory sheet when putting into the truck. And of course they don't show you this inventory until after arriving at the new house. They sold me insurance and told me to file a claim, then told me nothing would be covered because the driver marked it all as damaged when loading (all kinds of codes on the papers that I didn't know what meant). When I call the office I get dishonest workers (Faith, Bracken and Stacy) saying that they never inventoried those items to move them to me. When I call the truck driver directly, sure enough he has some of the stuff and made a trip to drop some of it off (couldn't find other stuff but I didn't know what was missing until I needed it and couldn't find it). Avoid this company!! Communication is terrible. Delays. Lies. This is a DISHONEST company. Move with someone else, this will cost you more than whatever they charge for sure.
