My wife called them out to service our washing machine that wasn't draining properlyThe tech was there for less than minutes and "diagnosed" the problem as a broken pump since the machine was over years oldThe problem is, he never removed the back to test the pumpTo top it off, they charged us $(instead of the usual $75) for the trip because it was a stackable washer/dryerI could see that being a reasonable charge if the tech had removed the dryer from the top of the washer and removed the back of the washer to actually check the pump, but he didn'tI called the store manager and she said that she wanted to talk with the tech the following morning and then get back with meI didn't hear back from her, so I called herShe was very short with me and when I asked to speak with the owner, she hung up on meI immediately called back two times and it went straight to their voicemailI have left a message for the owner to call me back, but I'm guessing that he will never get the messageThat's fineI'll see him in court
Review: I went on vacation resonantly to Cayucos California while there my washing machine stopped working. I took it to Morro Bay Appliance on Main Street in Morro Bay where after I had to pay $40.00 I was told that the transmission needed to be replaced for a little over $700.00. I picked up the washer and brought it back to a trusted dealer in Fresno. After he looked at the washer he found a sock jammed in the agitator causing the washer not to operate properly. He charged me $60.00 and it works fine now. I called Morrro Bay Appliance and they could care less, did not offer anything to me for his error. I believe he was trying to take advantage of a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $40.00 refunded
