I ordered paper patterns on 11-17-order # *** and after one inquiry with a response I thought I would receive themTo date and several emails later I have no product and no response to inquiries

I can reship this item, or send the PDF files via emailI do not see any recent communications (2016) from the customer, so I did not know it was not received after I sent itI do not physically ship this pattern any longer, only offer as PDF on the site, but I can still send a new replacement to

I purchased a kit of dolls worth $from this company on July On August 8th using tracking, it was indicated that the mailing label was printed but no package delivered to the post office As of this date August 20th I have not received the package which was suppose to be sent Priority or no response from the company to my emails

This has been resolved with the customer and doll received. I'm not sure if you still need my response or not, but I have communicated with the customer several times now and doll was re-shipped to her with tracking and delivery confirmed. Thank you!

Hi,Every label printed on the particular day these shipped was invalid, and I already had help from paypal to get these refunded so I could reship with new labels. I tried to issue the partial refund already for this customer on her Paypal account, but it cannot go through while the dispute is...

I have asked them to go ahead and issue that partial refund (which was for the 2 shipped patterns, not the PDF patterns) as I cannot access the order for a new label while in dispute either so I didn't want to hold it up any longer. I did correspond with this customer the first times, but I did not receive any further email when I just went and checked. I am phasing out physical patterns/mailed patterns in February, to avoid any of this kind of shipping problem in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience, I have sent this same information to paypal as they have already been assisting me with this order and the invalid labels related to this order and others from that date. You are welcome to come back for PDF patterns if you would like to, the entire site will be only PDF by the end of this month. Thank you!

In trying to order a pattern from Morrissey Dolls, not only was communication extremely untimely, but also unprofessional, in the sense that the company personnel, was dishonest. The company personnel, [redacted] told me in an email she would ship the pattern earlier in the week and did not do so, even after following up, she said it was shipped one day, but all shipping information indicates it has not been shipped.

Finally, the company personnel said she had not had Internet access, yet seemed to complete my PayPal transaction in a timely manner, yet the product has still not been received.

Review: I ordered some doll patterns on July 18,2013 and have not gotten them yet. I have sent several emails and letters. I did get a email- response in Aug. and I replyed back telling her that I had not gotten my patterns. I have ordered several times and only had 2 bad times getting my patterns, but I did get them after several attempts made. I really like these patterns and really want these that I just ordered. I have a receipt # 3672-2498-5031-2020 I ordered; patterns # 81703 boys suit and tie, 76503 boys wardrobe,

75703 four pocket jeans, 85303 pajamas for girls and boys. All was bought on July 18 2013 from on line and my charge card has already been paid. Was for $19.00.Desired Settlement: I want my patterns. ASAP I needed them in July for a project, but still need them for my next project.

Review: I ordered a set of patterns and paid for a set of patterns by credit card through PayPal at the end of January 2011 and to date have received 2 patterns electronically by e-mail. It was close to $60 worth of patterns (about 12 or so - would need to look at my order again). I have been following up with regular e-mails ever since to this company (woman) since then and she is ignoring them. Just sent another reminder tonight, My last response from her was last December. First she claimed that she mailed the patterns which I don't believe because we order many items through the mail from the United States - everything else that we have ordered over the past few years has always arrived. Then she was going to e-mail the scanned patterns - well she sent 2 (one of which I had previously purchased)Desired Settlement: What I want is to receive the patterns that I ordered in order to sew for my niece's dolls. Put them in an envelope in the mail and send the order to me NOW.

Review: I placed an order through their website on April 28, 2013. When I heard nothing I inquired through email on May 15--and May 17. On May 18th I got reply from [redacted] (owner) saying she had no record of my purchase and to please send more info. On May 19th I sent PayPal transaction ID# ....heard nothing...inquired again on May 23rd, 26th, 29th, June 2nd and June 3rd--at which time I mentioned taking the matter to the Revdex.com. I finally received an email from [redacted] on June 12th--asking for order info AGAIN.....I sent the same information back almost immediately..including a list of the item #s I had ordered. June 15th SHE ACKNOWLEDGED MY ORDER!!!!!!! ... said she'd get it taken care of right away--and that I should have a tracking # by Monday evening (June 17th), and if it wasn't generated to let her know and she'd send me one manually. No tracking Number arrived on Monday--I let her know on Tuesday-June 18th....and again on June 20th, June 22nd, June 25th, & June 29th....Finally on July 16th I contacted PayPAL...But found she had strung me along for so long the 45 day limit for a refund was past---I was so stupid and gullible. I did find I might be able to file a note with PayPal about my experience and have her account flagged. I informed [redacted] of this in an email on July 16th---I also sent a similar letter through my husband's email in case she had blocked mine. LO AND BEHOLD! 2 days later--July 18th she sent another email saying IF I COULD SEND HER MORE INFO ON MY ORDER she would get it taken care of.....I was close to pulling my hair out and babbling uncontrollably at this point, but I sent the info---highlighting the email she had sent acknowledging my order and saying she was going to send it.....this was July 20th---and I gave her until Monday--July 22nd to get me a tracking# or a refund....well...as you can guess....no word from her...So....this is my last resort...Its only $19 for doll dress patterns...I really can't afford to lose it, but it won't break me...It just seems so unfair that she can do business this way. I have been polite in all my contact with her---I have all the emails and can produce them if needed. Can you please help me?Desired Settlement: I would love to get the patterns I ordered----my great-niece would love the doll clothes....but if she doesn't want to do business with me I would love to have a refund so that I can buy patterns from another source.

I will be happy to send replacement for the missing order since customer still would like the patterns. I had very limited internet most of July and have worked with other customers to take care of their orders satisfactorily. I will attach tracking to customer paypal receipt, so if she is not receiving my emails (I did not block her or anyone else) she will be able to verify and follow tracking via the original paypal receipt.

Review: I ordered several patterns that totaled $37.00. They had a half off sale, plus $3.00 shipping. I keep emailing [redacted] from the company. She keeps lying and blaming PayPal. Yesterday she finally emailed me. She said PayPal has yet to give her a tracking number. She wrote that she would get back to me today. This order invoice was paid after 9pm on Friday night, and was shipped on the following Wednesday morning. It was out for delivery to the customer (reference tracking number), less than a week after the invoice was paid. I do not see how this qualifies for a Revdex.com complaint. I have uploaded the tracking information as a file. If you need any further information, please let me know.

I have located a copy of this original order, and I can issue a replacement for it. I will send to the shipping address on record tomorrow if I do not hear back before then with another address & tracking information will be sent to the email address on record also. This should arrive by the weekend, and I can upload tracking here as well if requested.

Review: I ordered doll clothes patterns from this seller online on Jan. 5th. The items were never shipped, but my credit card was charged. I e-mailed the seller on Jan. 19th and was assured they would be shipped. When I had still not received the order by Jan. 28th, I e-mailed her again. I received the same reassurance that they would be shipped. On Feb. 3rd, I still had not received these items. I e-mailed her again and did not get a response. Since the charge on my credit card came through Pay Pal, on Feb 4th, I contact Pay Pal. I was told to e-mail the seller one more time and let her know I would be filing a dispute if she did not respond. I did this on Feb. 4th and also stated I would file a complaint with you. That same day I received an e-mail notification that "a shipping label has been created". As of today, Feb. 10th, when checking the tracking number, it has still not progressed beyond creating a label. I have escalated the dispute resolution process with Pay Pal and am now filing my complaint with you. The amount of money is not that much, it the principal. We own a business, also, and THIS is not the proper way to conduct business.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order, but if that does not happen immediately, then I would like a refund
