I cannot wait to have my vehicle paid off and never have to deal with Julie again. Recently she threatened to send out a repo order for a payment that was 30 days late. I explained that I was out of work for 3 weeks due to covid and her response was sorry but make your payment by Monday at noon or else..I am over 2 years in on this car and have never had a pleasant experience. I cannot use their automated system to make payments because it does not work. It is 2022 make it possible to make online payments! Additionally, it is not necessary to make people feel less than for late payments. Just do what you need to do professionally.
