February 23rd, 2017To Whom It May Concern:We already had apologized to the customer, [redacted] , and explained to him what had happened with his delivery. His arrangement had been made, but it had been stolen. We explained this to the customer. The refund at the other location was processed on... 2/14/17 at 6:02pm. It was processed immediately while the customer was at the location. We have no control over the time it takes to get back to his credit card. The processing time afterwards is dependent on his credit card, not on us. We can't lessen the amount of time that it takes to go back to his credit card.
