Hello, I ([redacted]-[redacted]) was here the very first time she came in and paid her rent on October...
28,2014 for her November 2014 rent payment (which was still at the $95), she threw her card at me and complained that she was not notified about the sale. I explained to her that we had received her welcome letter (a letter informing the customer that Morningstar Mini Storage was purchasing Blue Llama) back due to us not having a good address for her. She updated her address with us at that time; however she could not tell me what it was. I had to look up her PO Box address on [redacted] with her, which is still the wrong address. On November 8, 2014 a rental rate increase letter was sent to her via mail to the address that she and I looked up previously. This letter explained to her that her rent would go from $95 to $105 per month. On November 24, 2014 the letter was returned due to Insufficient Address and was unable to be forward with USPS. I will be more than happy to credit her account $10 for the difference that she paid for her December 2014 rental payment. However, her current rent of $105 will remain her rental rate. Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do. Thanks and have a great day. [redacted], [redacted] Morningstar of Buda [redacted] Office: ###-###-#### [redacted]
