I am writing in regards for concerns for mother againHer and other residents at the Morningside at Belgrade facility are still having issues with the staff and managementFor the past two days my mother has called either my brother or I expressing her concernsYesterday she was left in bed and missed her dinner periodShe was told that there was no one available to get her upThe same happened again this morning during the breakfast hours This also means that she was not able to get up to be changed or get cleaned up on time My brother had to call to the administration desk to request the manager on duty for the Friday incident The manager advised my brother that he was unaware that my mother was still in bed, but would look into the situationThere has been numerous other times that we've had to take her personal items such as adult diapers or adult wipes that she is paying for and should be provided by the facilityShe has also told us of occasions where she has pressed her assistance buzzer and no one has comeIt seems that there is a management as well as a qualified staff shortage with the facilityThis activity is highly disappointing and concerningMy mother pays *** monthly out her hard earned money, but is not receiving the proper care as promised in her contractI hope something can be done to take better care of the residentsThe whole purpose of seniors citizens moving into these type of facilities is to have the care needed and to give loved ones the peace of mine their families are being looked afterI can be reached * *** for further discussion
