We could not have been more pleased & impressed with the quality, timeliness and expertise with our HVAC (Rheem) retrofit & installation with Williamson's Heating & Cooling, Tucson, Az, June Our y/o Carrier HVAC needed urgent replacement with a more energy efficient unit, just before the onset of the "Monsoon" (high humidity, temps of ~105)
I am a retired physician, & worked many summers for my father, an electrical contractor, prior to my medical career I have a "hands on" understanding of fine craftsmanship and the many challenges of a "retrofit-remodel" I am most impressed with the quality &meticulous attention to detail with our installation by Williamson's Heating & Cooling
***, *** & *** *** are our "guardian angels" *** (the on-site installer) is a master craftsman, responding to unanticipated challenges (the norm for any retrofit installation) with honesty, skill, ingenuity, efficiency, professional integrity and hard work! Our highest recommend!!!!!!

Dear Revdex.com:I would have responded earlier to your email requests, but you were sending them to an old email address that has not been used for three years.I reviewed Mr. [redacted] remarks and agree with most of his conversation, but not all. It does not solve any problems or change...

what happened to argue each point, I agree that we were having difficulties with our deliver system in his area during the time in question.The carrier who was responsible for deliver of the paper in the area in question quit, then the two subsequent carriers we hired also worked short periods and either quit or were let go. This route suffered with poor service for an extended period due to the turnover in carriers. This is not the norm. We now have a stable person delivering the paper in the area.Also, during the time in question,  a new circulation manager and new circulation clerk had just started, they had only been in their positions for several weeks, when the carrier problems started. They tried to resolve all of the deliver problems,but to no avail.As far as his refund, I can only assume that the information given to Mr. [redacted] was done so in error or misunderstood. We write all payable checks, including refund checks once per month. His check went out in the April batch and cleared our bank. We usually do not tell customers exactly when the check will go out or arrive, since the checks go out usually between the 10th and 20th of each month, there is not a set date. The problems that caused Mr. [redacted] all of his problems have been resolved, with a new carrier that is working the area in question, our circulation management is more experienced and if we are asked about refund checks we will make sure that our customers understand that they go out between the 10th and 20th each month. This should remedy the situation in the future.We work with thousands and thousands of subscribers every year and we work hard to make sure everything goes right. Unfortunately, our service during the time in question was sub-par and the speed with which we resolved his problems was unacceptable. They should not be a problem in the future.On another note, Mr. [redacted] could have contacted me at any time, my name as publisher, phone number and email address are published in the paper every day. If I had received a call or email, I could have worked to help him get his problems resolved.

I must say that we had such a great experience with this firm that I just had to write and let people know. Mr. [redacted] ([redacted]) came to fix our Air Conditioner within two hours of our call to the office as a new customer. He was not in a hurry and addressed all of our needs and with a smile. We are 100% happy with this company and have switched to them for all of our heating and air con. needs.
