I highly recommend M[redacted] Western to anyone that is in need of Heating and A/C services. I called them to correct a situation where I had a problem with a wall thermostat that I had tried to replace myself. Dave M[redacted], the owner, quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new thermostat correctly without trying to sell me anything that I did not need. At that point he had completed the original request for service but instead of leaving, he then inspected my heating unit, which is in my attic, and identified and replaced an igniter that was 11 plus years old and near failure. He also adjusted two of my registers at my request and did not charge me anything for the additional labor. He definitely went above and beyond the level of service that I expected. M[redacted] Western was recommended to me by a neighbor/friend that had similar excellent service and I cannot overstate how pleased both of us are and we will be certain to call them for any of our A/C Heating needs in the future.","pos-1
