To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing in regards to the gutter complaint you received on our company and...

[redacted]. Our only guilt in this matter is not getting back to you in a timely manner. We were going to stop when in the area and Dan hasn't been there since the writing of this complaint.
After [redacted] Morin (Morin's Sales Rep) was visiting with the homeowner, [redacted] on September 2, 2015 we are giving you our findings.
o [redacted] did not in fact Write the letter. She told [redacted] that her son Wrote the letter.
o Gutters were installed correctly and when we added the leaf proof it has to sit on top of the gutters to work correctly. They are designed to allow water in but not twigs and leaves. The gutter diverter is again placed on top of the gutter in valleys as needed to stop excess water from going over the gutters in heavy rains forcing it back in the gutter. The Leaf Proof is suppose to be held high in the corners to create some pooling. Pictures are attached to email.
o Pictures originally sent to Dan only show the gutter area and not the remainder of the roof issues to include mold in valleys going to peak of roof line.
o [redacted] was at [redacted]s home and cleaned miter/valley areas and ran water up on the roof to ensure everything worked and drained as it was designed to do. No issues.
o [redacted] told [redacted] she had a contractor look at the roof and told [redacted] the gutters were fine and the only issue is moss growing, and in fact the shingles are still ok.
o If our gutters were causing all the damage, explain why there is moss growing on the rest of shingles above our gutter system.
o Our company prides itself on quality and workmanship. We feel we are being blamed for damage that is not a result of our products or installation.
o We are asking that you remove this complaint.
o The original job was done in 2005, one year after the roof was done. Leaf Proof was install in accordance to the manufacturer's specifications.
