fault of ours, one of the parts of the bottle failed and the client was getting negative feedback from their clients.  We took back the order and changed out the failing part.  However, this did not fix the problem as quickly as the client needed so we agreed to take back the remaining bottles and issue a refund. The agreed amount was $6,000.  To resolve this issue and remove this complaint against our name, we are willing to make 2 payments of $3000 with certified checks, one next week and one the week after.  If this is acceptable to the client and if they agree that this resolves the issue, we will move forward on issuing a check next week for $3K and another the following week.   Please reopen this case and assist us in closing this to the satisfaction of all parties.
