This review is in regards to the Site Manager Monica at Robertsdale Garden Townhouses. Monica has been one of the best managers so far at the complex, she goes above and beyond to make her residents happy. I must admit that the maintenance could use some improvement, but for the most part any emergency issues do get dealt with in a timely manner. I really hope that Sunbelt keeps Monica as the manager, it is hard to find a manager that really cares about their residents and the complex as a whole as much as she does.
