There was a mistake in appointment date and I want a refund or a re-scheduled massage.I purchased a [redacted] for a massage as a gift. My credit card was immediately charged by [redacted]. It took me weeks to get in contact with this company to schedule an appointment. The appointment was made and somehow the dates were confused by the company and when the gift recipient showed up for the massage, the building was locked during open hours. I called the next day and they refused to refund or reschedule my massage.Desired SettlementI would like to have a massage rescheduled.Business Response We have a strict policy with 24 hour notice of cancellation. She was never scheduled with us ...but she did schedule a friend with her [redacted] purchase. Her friend never called to cancel or did that person show up for her appointment. Therefore, she lost the [redacted] with us. That is up to [redacted] to give her a refund at this point. Not us as she did not purchase it from us. It states on the [redacted] in that this is our policy.
