Review: On Oct 29, 2014 I ordered a personalized product from Morgann Hill. I understood that it would take 2-4 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. On December 17, I emailed them to have the order cancelled. On 12/19, I received an email response from them saying the item was in pre-process and would take 1-7 days to ship. I didn't receive the box until almost a month later on 1/2/2014. When I received it, it was completely unlike the advertised product on the website. I tried contacting them today with no way to get a hold of them. I want a full refund and I will gladly ship the box back to them.

NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't own up to their mistakes and when you attempt to contact them by phone, the recorded message gives you their operating times (8am-3pm PST) and states that if you've reached the machine then their helping another customer, so call back!!!! What kind of foolishness is that! The items are super cute and creative but their customer service SUCKS! DON'T DO IT...YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!,
Review: On Dec 1st I ordered 4 personalized cutting boards through [redacted], I then proceeded to order them on the Morgann Hill Design page. I was told that if I ordered by Dec 1st I would have them by Christmas. I've emailed twice, I've tried contacting the phone number which both are disconnected, you get a generic response to your emails and Facebook response. I've also filed 2 tickets which have gone unanswered. When I review my order online it says that it's being processed and I'm unable to cancel or make changes. It's now after Christmas and I still don't have the product. I included a picture of the item in christmas cards so my mom and sisters knew what they were getting. Now I read these reviews and I'm sooo embarrassed! I'd never purchased anything from [redacted] and heard great things. I want my money back including the shipping. This company is a joke and should be prosecuted!Desired Settlement: I believe I should be given a refund and if the items are made they should be shipped asap! I would also like some sort of explanation and apology from the company!

Review: When my item finally arrived, it was such a let down, The design on the cutting board was significantly uneven and not centered, as if a child did it. I am so embarrassed to give it as a gift, let alone almost 2 months late. I thought maybe I would like a replacement, but I really can't wait any longer, I wouldn't trust them to put out a quality product anyway.
Was stated that my item would arrive 2-4 weeks(order date 12-2-2014), received it 7 weeks later after contacting them ( 1-14-2015). They sent the item 1-16-2015, received it 1-19-2015. There was zero communication about not receiving my item within the time stated on my order. I knew I wasn't going to receiving for Christmas, but I thought for sure for New Years.
Truly a dissappointment! I won't be doing anymore business with [redacted] or Morgann Hill.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for the cutting board, $29.99. + 9.99 S&H

I bought a Living Social for a monogramed wall art Nov. 8. Ordered it from Morgan Hill on Nov. 18. They said it shipped on Dec. 17. It is Feb. 1 and no product. Contacted them Jan. 8 they did not return email until Jan.28 saying it shows it had been delivered and it has not. Their tracking number proves it is not delivered! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Review: On or about October 6, 2014, I ordered the item in question from the Morgann Hill website. Ticket#[redacted]. This item was intended to be a Christmas present. (Christmas was 2.5 months away for the order date) After a number of weeks had passed, I contacted Morgann Hill for an expected delivery date. I received the following message on Nov 26, 2014, at 1:38 PM,

"Thanks so much, I have just checked on your order & it is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 5-10 business days -- it has just been painted & is currently in the packing stage for shipping. We apologize for the short delay, rest assured the order is almost done & will ship soon! We are so excited for you to receive it :)"
On or around December 17th, 2014 (over 2 months after ordering) I received the following message:
"We are pleased to let you know your purchase [redacted] is nearing completion & is currently in pre-shipment. Please allow 1-7 days for your tracking number to update.... Tracking number - [redacted]"
I checked the USPS website, a shipping label was created 12/16/14 and item is scheduled to be delivered on 12/18/14.
12/18/14 came and went with no delivery or new expected delivery date.
This item was to be a gift for family in Atlanta. I'm in Los Angeles and intended to deliver this in person on our trip to Atlanta for the Holidays.
Shortly before Christmas, on or around 12/22/14, I made another attempt to contact Morgann Hill via their website. Received no response from Morgann Hill.
The day after Christmas (12/26/14) I received the following message: ....
"All orders placed on and before 11-30 are completed. These orders are in transit or have been delivered."
On 1/4/2014 (nearly 90 days after ordering) still no delivery, I sent another message to Morgann Hill re: delivery date. - No response.
As of 1/13/15 - Still no delivery or response to my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the shipping charges and the item to be sent directly to the intended recipient in Atlanta.

Review: I purchased two items through a Groupon on Nov. 22, which was before the Nov. 24 deadline for Christmas delivery. When it got closer to Christmas and I hadn't received the items, I tried to call but the number was disconnected. I filled out a contact form on their website (the only way I could find to contact them) and got a form response back that said I would be emailed when they shipped. I had to go and purchase alternative gifts for my recipients.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $19.98 shipping charges since I had to go purchase alternative gifts.
Review: I am so disappointed that it had to come to a Revdex.com complaint in hopes of receiving the product that I PAID FOR ON NOVEMBER 8, 2014. They were supposed to be Christmas presents, one for my husband! I ordered 2 monograms in November. I received one in Jan (PYS) and today, Feb 3, 2015, I still have not received my husband's monogram ([redacted]). I have made several inquiries via the company's website, and I still have not received the product that I ordered and paid for LAST NOVEMBER! This was quite distressing, wondering if the gifts would arrive on time for Christmas, which of course, they did not. But the length of time is now bordering on ridiculous, not to mention the lack of customer care and contact that makes me feel like they don't really care about me or my purchase, now that they have my money.Desired Settlement: I just want my monogram ([redacted]). I've wanted it since November. I want it now. I paid for it. Send it, please.

1. I ordered three items that were to be delivered by 12/25. I receive one item 12/19, one 1/5, and am still awaiting the arrival of the third item.
2. I have sent this company at least 10 emails through their website for assistance. The first one dating 12/20 and the most recent 1/4. None have been responded too. There is no phone number to contact this company.
3. The 2 items I received are defective.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card charges to be reversed. I would appreciate a phone call from this company to discuss their product and customer service.

I contacted Morgann Hill first after repeated attempts and NO response I contacted [redacted] said the refund had to come from Morgann Hill directly. I was not offered any shipping refund from Morgann Hill either. I have a copy of all messages and this was not stated. I am still awaiting a full refund for the defected products and shipping.

This "company" is a joke. I ordered this through Groupon for a cutting board for my parents for Christmas. Sorry, mom and dad, no gift for you! It has been over 1 month and I have not received what I ordered and have had no response to 3 of my emails I sent them. DON'T order from this company!!! I don't understand how it is even possible for them to run a "business" this way. Complete scam. I am trying to get my money back as I don't foresee ever receiving my product. Really disappointed.
I ordered a wedding present through groupon that was said to arrive 4-6 weeks later. I waited til the 7th week called them was told that they were in really behind but it would be processed soon. 3 months later.... Still no item and I can't get them on the phone now. Needless to say the couple did not get their wedding present.
Review: On 11/13/14 I purchased two items from Morgann Hill through a [redacted] offer. These were to be Christmas gifts and the projected deliver time was 2-4 weeks. I contacted the company in mid-December inquiring on delivery and was told it was in process. Shortly thereafter I was given two USPS tracking numbers that showed something was picked up from Morgann Hill on 12/18 but there was no other movement. The postal service has not been able to track these items and feel that they were not the actual items. I am still waiting for these items and would like them as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like these items sent to me as soon as possible.

Review: My order #[redacted] was placed Nov 13, 2014, nearly four months ago. I have been in communication on multiple times with the firm trying to change my address. (Due to work, we move around a lot) and I've been ignored. I know my product has not been shipped because I received one email a month ago telling me they were behind from the holidays. The only email I have received. But, they accepted my payment and never shipped my goods. Not to mentioned ignored me repeatedly. I'm fed up and I don't think they should be in business if they think this is a normal way to operate. I am disgusted by the lack of business integrity.Desired Settlement: Deliver my order.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! after ordering 2 items in October.. We are still waiting to receive. We have placed "tickets" with the company and attempted to resolve through their site. (The company doesn't even offer a phone number) we have yet to receive the item, and despite filing numerous complaints our issue has not been resolved. The company cites "busy holiday season" for a delay, as well as "the custom nature of each product" however offers no solution and/or tracking option. We are still waiting for the items and have been charged (one item received was cheaply made and looked nothing like the photo) this business should not be able to operate as they do so completely under false pretences. If you want a high quality item and have ANY hopes of receiving the item in a reasonable amount of time do NOT GET IT FROM MORGANNHILL DESIGNS !!!
Review: We ordered this item for the owners of our company on 12/16/14...well aware it would NOT arrive before Christmas.
We received the item on 1/26/15. Here is the email I sent to the customer service email on the website:
"We received our order today and I must say that I am NOT happy with the quality of this product AT ALL.
The Pinewood is rough, has multiple “burn” marks from the saw, is not even sanded with shards of wood on the ends,
and the corners where the pieces meet are not even squared. The hole for the corks on top is not smooth either,
so not even sure corks would fit in there smoothly. We waited 5 weeks for this and on your website it states
2-4 weeks. I understand the delay with Christmas, but we expected something much nicer after spending over
$60 on this and waiting for 5 weeks for it.
We purchased this as a gift for the owners of our company who love wine, but am too embarrassed to give it
to them now. We would like to know how you will rectify this situation.
Your website looks like it has many great ideas, but I am now inclined to look elsewhere if this is the quality
of your products.

They did not respond to me until 2/19/2015. They then asked me to send pictures of the issues I had mentioned...
I did IMMEDIATELY, then almost another month passed until I sent this email:
"It’s been almost a MONTH (2/20/15) since I sent the pictures of the issues I had with the item we purchased from your
website, and I have YET to hear back from ANYONE on how you will be resolving these issues.
I am extremely disappointed in the item and now in your customer service.

AGAIN...I have not heard ANYTHING back from this company on how they plan to resolve this, as well as NO Phone #
for a consumer to call and speak to a LIVE person. There is a FB page DESIGNATED for complaints with this company...
that alone is SHOCKING. Also, many other BLOGS about it as well.
Wish I had read those prior to ordering....Desired Settlement: I would like our $ including shipping and handling refunded.
They should also be MANDATED to put a PHONE # on their website for people to call...
I placed an order on September 28th, 2014 for a personalized cutting board- received one response approx. 42 days ago that said it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. Have pursued this two more times with no response. This was a wedding gift and the order was placed via a Living Social deal. Not happy!! Would like it delivered but if not possible, I would like a refund. There is no phone # on the website, all correspondence is via email. When I check my order history, there is no record of the order.
Review: I ordered a monogrammed wall hanging on 11/6/14, order 7373. I contacted the company on 12/1/14 inquiring about the order and received a return email that it was in process. On 12/17/14 I received an email that my order was in pre-shipment and received a tracking number. It was scheduled for delivery on 12/22/14. On 12/29/14, when I had still not received the item and my tracking number still said "in transit" but had not yet actually left the sorting facility, I opened a claim ticket with Morgann Hill and received a response on 1/1 telling me that if I did not receive my item in 5 days I should let them know and they would re-ship it. I responded to that email and at that point, requested it be re-shipped immediately or to be provided with a refund. At the same time, I opened a claim with the USPS. They investigated that day and told me that Morgann Hill initiated a tracking ticket on their end, but never actually brought the item into the USPS to be shipped. On 1/12/15, having given them 5+ days to rectify the situation since their 1/1/15 email, I opened a second ticket on their website recounting the entire issue and asking for them to contact me via telephone (they have no contact number on their site). They did not respond via email nor did they call me.Desired Settlement: I had also been in contact with [redacted], from whom I bought the voucher for the monogrammed item. They refunded the [redacted] price and also refunded me the $9.99 Morgann Hill charged me for shipping. They were wonderful to deal with. This complaint is being filed to inform other consumers that this company should not be trusted. The California government should not allow them to continue operating with an F rating.

I am exactly in the same boat as other customers. I purchased 2 items through a Groupon, which was not properly advertised with their terrible production/lead times. Only after you purchase the Groupon, make the product on their website and put it in the shopping cart with the Coupon code, does the disclaimer pop up that they are on a 45 day delay. I prepared myself for not receiving it in time for Christmas, but now it has been 51 days later, and STILL NOTHING. I wrote an inquiry through their website weeks ago and received a generic automated message on 1/16. Nothing specific to my order and when it will arrive. This is extremely embarrassing that I still do not have Christmas gifts to give my relatives on January 27th!!! What terrible business!!!
I was really excited to place my first order and receive my order from Morgann Hill Designs. Their site seemed trustworthy, and the items seemed beautiful.
However, my experience with them has been anything but. I placed an order back on 12/11 and it is still awaiting fulfillment today on 1/15. I understand that items are personalized, may take a while as well as taking into account the holiday season, but I've received nothing from this business stating there is a delay or offering a refund at this point.
I have reached out to to this company twice, opening a ticket with them, and no one has responded at all. That was two weeks ago.
Poor customer care, poor customer service. If I was kept up to date and responded to, I would not feel as upset about this purchase. I will give it another month before I take further action to get my money back. Here is to hoping the item comes and it is so great that it takes away from such a poor experience.
I received my cutting board christmas gift (2)weeks late to give my friend for christmas. The workmanship is terrible . The edges of the wood are not finished. One side is all choppy. The engraving looks nothing like the sample on the website.I was just looking at it again and in the picture the round engraving is like an inch from ends mine is 2 inches. When I opened it I was very disappointed. I still have not given it to my friend because it is so disappointing.
