September of 2008, Morgan Home Improvement Contracting performed stucco repair and painting on our home When contacted in August of about stucco issues that our insurance claims representative and stucco contractor both indicated were due to workmanship and improper use of paint for stucco, I was told that Morgan Home Improvement Contracting was not to blame and would not help us deal with the stucco issues for our home When I was contacted by the phone with the owner, he would not allow me to finish a sentence by interrupting me every time I tried to talk and explain my position and those of the insurance rep and stucco contractor His only response was that he was not liable and deals with this sort of issues all of the time Now I know why Anyone in the Phoenix metro area should NEVER use this business for any of there home repairs

After years in my new house, it was recommended that it be repaintedIn 2007, Morgan Home Improvement Contracting did this job, using a better grade of paint than the developer usedI am pleased to report that years later, the house paint is still in good condition As I want to change the color scheme and give it more protection, I am planning to have it painted again soon
