Review: This company claims to be an escrow company for time share resales in Mexico. We paid $1,150 for a transfer fee, $1,344 for VAT taxes, $928 for notary fees by a Mexican lawyer, and $785 for recording fees. All of this money was supposed to be a an escrow account. Payment for the sale of our time share did not happen. Payment was to be $9,769. Checking addresses provided on paper work from Morgan Financial turned up bogus, 525 B St. San Diego, and [redacted]. Chandler, AZ 85226.(property managers at both addresses say they are not located there). We have been defrauded.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of all funds paid and this company exposed as fraudulent so that others are not taken in.

Review: Morgan Financial also known as Morgan Escrow Services with offices in AZ and Mexico are involved in time share resale scams. They were assigned to handle the sales of 3 time shares I own. They were assigned by another travel company which I have yet to do a review on. They have gotten over $9400.00 from me and there has been no sale. I wired funds to a Texas bank and more to a Mexican bank. They just keep asking for more money. They told my wife they had $15000.00 set aside for us. NO MONEY. Their other office is in Chandler,AZ and is listed on this web site. They need to be stopped. I am going to the FBI next.Desired Settlement: I want every dime of my money back. I have been ruined financially.
