Avoid this jeweler Many years ago, I had a broken 20" gold chain I brought it in to this company for repair When I picked it up, the work was very shoddy, and at least 1/2" would have to be cut off to properly repair it I requested a replacement due to loss of gold The owner, with a store full of customers, SLAMMED the glass case and said he wouldn't replace it, and that's the best he could do He was so rude, every time I see his sign, I remember being so embarrassed There are many other jewelers in Colorado Springs that treat customers with respect---go to them!

I went to moretti's to purchase wedding set,after working out a deal for said set, I put it on lawaway with a down payment went to the store the following week to pay off and collect my jewlery and make my planned proposal to hopefully my future wifeStore hours were clearly marked on door saturday from 10-3: nobody decided to show up,voice mail box was fullthen decided to go to the business next door to see if they had any contact infofor business ownerthey did not but they did say I wasn't the only one looking for business owner, it has been that way for a while, whatever that meantall plans for proposal were ruined
don't know what really to say, but absolutly devastated
