I ordered an item from the online store on Nov 16, They provided a tracking number to a carrier that was acquired by Fedex and I could not track the packageI wrote the company on Nov 21, about this and their support, Rose, wrote that it would take 5-days for tracking info to be provided, leading me to believe the item had been shippedThe company has refused to tell me if the item has actually shipped and I believe it has notI believe I was given a bogus tracking numberI have tried to cancel it and they refuse to cancel itI have asked if it has been shipped and they have only written that they are very busyTheir online shipping policy states I should have received the item 7-days after ordering itThey are keeping my money and not fulfilling the order or providing me with any factual information on the status of the order
