Customer Service leaves much to be desiredMy dryer had been broke down for weeksThey had been to my house to diagnose the problem the first weekBrought the part they thought would fix it the second week, but it did not fix the dryerThe third week they brought another part to my house but when they got there they discovered it was the wrong partSo they informed me I would have to wait more days before they could come back to my houseI called in to ask if they could come any earlier and express my dissatisfaction that they did not check the part before coming to my houseAt that time, LuAnn cut me off & said that Maytag doesn't pay them enough to deal with it and they would not be coming back to my houseThen hung up on me! That is not a way to treat your customers!
