I move out September 13/2013 from the apartments around August 30/2013 I went to Moorehead City Water Department pay my bill and place order to cancel my service, the lady at the front desk ask me to what date I place my order to the 09/20/2013 because Was not sure exactly the day moved out but I knew will be before 09/20/2013 I give her my new address and she said will send your partial deposit to your new address and we deduct the last bill which not exceed $28.20 monthly bill, after 09/30/2013 I call to find out of my deposit the lady who answer the phone said ooh was a big like on 09/19/2013 landlord call as to fix that like out side at the meter and you are responsible for this like. is big building the was out side were all the meter are installed, and I move out 09/13/2013 how I'm responsible for the water waste.if that is the case landlord.is the one.please help me I need my deposit back and and I don't want my credit been affected MY WATER ACCOUNT IS XXXXXXProduct_Or_Service: water serviceAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementMOOREHEAD CITY have to return my deposit 150.00 - 28.20 total to return is 128.80
