I believe that in order to heal from grief, there are steps to take for that healing. I sent to Revdex.com in February 2017 the forms and prices that were agreeed and signed. After the contract was signed changes were made. There is no way you can get an obituary in three newspapers in Texas for $200.00. According to my accountant the family owes this establishment $385.00 for things they changed before and after the services, however, if they feel that $465.00 will help them gain closure to their season of berevment I will help them with this closure. At the funeral in July 2017 when the daughter approuched me about this subject, I informed her about the addtional newspaper cost and my Revdex.com  response to her sister's complaint as I waited on direction for resolution which had not came at that time. She replied she was not aware of this. I will instuct my accountant to mail a check on Thursday, September 28, 2017 as final settlement payment for this matter. Again, my establishment has a balance on this case but I will adjust the account as a write off. I wish the family great success in their healing from the lost of their father.Dr. [redacted]

category clergy honorarium for $200.00. On that day, my establishments had four services and the accountant failed to write and give me the checks for the two ministers. When the family communicated this error to me the checks were written on October 6, 2016, mailed and cleared my bank account on October 13 (Check #[redacted] to [redacted] for $150.00) and October 31 (Check #[redacted] to [redacted] for $50.00) 2016.The family had $200.00 for newspaper obituaries for the deceased, however, I have enclosed the obituaries and amounts paid for the newspaper obituaries which were [redacted] $75.00, [redacted] $277.25 and [redacted] $216.20 which total $568.25. I paid for a second running (not the family) of the obituaries because the time and place of the service was left off.The family paid for a generic simple register book ($50.00) but I had a custom register book, custom casket cap panel and a memorial rug which came to a total price of $740.00.The preneed agreement was with the funeral home the daughter works for in [redacted] Texas. I gave a discount on the At Need Contract of $243.23 so the family would not have to come out of their pocket for the difference of Pre-Need and At-Need cost.I have been a Professional Funeral Provider since 1975 and my track record shows I believe in treating and giving families a service second to none. My mother taught me to treat people better than l would want to be treated, therefore seldom do I come up short. I am human and with my illness I have been absent more than I want to be. Also, my email was messed up. The daughters had my personal cell phone but chose to email their correspondence until December 2016.I will await further correspondence.
