I returned a defective portable heater to MorElectric and received a credit for the cost of the productThis was the second time that I had to return this same productBoth were defectiveI gave up on expecting a quality product to be shipped and I asked them to not ship another product and to credit my accountWhen the credit came I discovered that they had not credited me for the cost of shipping, $I have never had a retailer fail to credit the cost of shipping when it shipped a defective productThey simply said "We are a distributor and we are not responsible for the product." That is a ridiculous policy that certainly isn't spelled out in their return policyBuyer beware!
