I ordered merchandise from this *** “***” via my son’s request for his birthday. It has been almost a month after purchase. I asked for an update or at LEAST a tracking number which was never provided and I got no response from the customer service. I looked up on social media to see if anyone else has had this issue and MANY people have said the same thing. No response from Moosemerch on any of their complaints, people had to dispute the charges which I will be doing as well. This *** posts new videos on *** constantly and sells his merchandise as a FRAUD. He should not be able to sell product without provided the product he is selling. He flaunts his gold *** on social media and steals from kids who want their parents to buy them merch. BAD BUSINESS.

I ordered on a hoodie for my daughter who is 13. We reciever a tracking number stating a label was crested on feb 24th. I have checked updates including to present day and the have not shipped the hoodie. I tried calling us post office and they directed me to ***.com. I emailed moosemerch four times and no response. Moosemerch does mot have phone number to call. My daughter is very disappointed.

I ordered a shirt on Feb 20th. They immediately withdrew the money from my account. 4 days later they sent me a tracking number. It's been a week and USPS still hasn't rec'd the package nor will customer service respond to my daily emails asking for an update.
