Review: We contracted to have a log home built by Moose Ridge Ent. LLC. We gave him $8,000.00 to order our windows as he requested. We never received our windows. We paid all draws in full, only to find out that he used the money for something other than to pay subcontractors. We now have a mechanics lien on our property for materials that we paid him for. He refused to answer phone calls & emails. We were forced to seek legal advice.Desired Settlement: We want Our $8,000 back, the mechanic's lien ($5,000) paid for, and all subcontractors paid in full. We would also like a partial refund of our deposit of $17,600.00.
