when confronted by customer he blantinly told me that the other driver had it in low gear and try to catch up to his other four wheeler and the motor reved to high rpm in which took motor outby protocol we took it to polaris dealership in
which they denied the claim and polaris denied claim it had no faulty problems with itI had tried to help him with costs and give him a deal of the engine as long as we can do a winter project out of itHis impatience grew and calls were well noted as he said "hes comming to get the machine" He signed the as is statement and singed the terms and conditions waver and drove and inspected

Why would I call them week after week if they told me it would be a winter project? These People are literally making up lies on the spot now, there was no low gear incident the machine was sold with defective engine timing, it ran for under an hour most of which was warm up and fueling time
I have all the parts to show and prove this timing error was present
They lied and said it had exhaust and clutch work than wouldn't take it back when it was obviously damaged on saleThey claimed the machine was a running useable ATV, that I paid top dollar for, They got me to sign papers and shoved me out the door, but it was not, now they are coming up with stories about low gears and promises to fix things during the winter which was never offered
Help me or not please Don't let this business con another person, if this doesn't help my case let this stand for the next case against them that they are not a worthy or trustworthy business
