Moore's Body Shop, on 2/2/16 provided my mother and I with the most professional service. Mr. Marquise Moore was very informative with the knowledge he provided us concerning insurance companies. He also treated us like family. Communication is key and Mr. Moore did so every step of the way though our claim process. I would recommend anyone to their facility!

The body work on my car appears to be sufficient, however, but their customer service is THE WORST. I also own my own business and if I treatment people the way I was treated then I don't know how they stay in business. My concerns were not addresses, I was interrupted, yelled at, and finally hung up on over the telephone. I brought my vehicle to you from a referral due to a friend and was treated poorly. I realize we all want to be paid, but my insurance is a reputable company and talked to the owner himself about releasing my car. I, THE CUSTOMER, came up with a resolution so that I could pick up my car and he get paid. I offered to pay on a Friday with my credit card. I was told to meet the owner at 4:30 on a Friday and he no showed!!! I had to wait to Monday and finally was able to pay for my car and pick it up. All this hassle, for what....? I don't even know your warranty nor will I ever return after being treated so badly.
