[redacted] purchased a 2001 [redacted] from us and a few weeks after purchase she called saying that she had some issues with it and I spoke to her husband about bringing it back for us to look at it. He made an appointment and then never showed up. She emailed me a few weeks later and said...

that she didn't want to bring it back as it was to much of an inconvenience. I told her that there was nothing I could do to help unless they brought it back. She emailed me a few more times using vulgar language and spreading derogatory comments on social media. At no time did I ever tell her that I would not help. I believe that she has some some type of metal disorder and is unstable. As I said I tried to help them but they will not bring it back for us to look at. Her remarks during this time make me feel inclined not to even want her on the property.
