Review: Back in November of 2009, Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning told us that our furnace was inoperable and needed replaced. We replaced it with what the Phoenix employee said was a high-efficiency furnace. Over the years, we have been unable to contact Phoenix regarding issues with the furnace. All phone numbers and websites are now unavailable. At one point a year or two ago, when we were able to contact them, they were rude, argumentative and unresponsive to our questions and concerns. At one point, they even yelled at us telling us that the other repairmen were being unprofessional and hung up on us. Now, 4 years after paying $2550 for a brand-new high-efficiency furnace, the furnace is not working correctly. We have had it cleaned and serviced over the past 4 years and each time, the repair man (from a different company other than Phoenix) has brought up different concerns. We have now been told, by a more reputable company, that we purchased a "bottom of the barrel" product. We are extremely frustrated and feel taken advantage of. We feel that since we are unable to contact the company that we have limited ways to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund, in order to purchase an acceptable quality product, or a replacement with the higher quality product we thought we were receiving.
