I had a tree fall over into my yard, due to weather I contacted M*** Company Realty, Incon 1/and spoke with the secretaryMsStar informed me that my questions and concerns could be addressed by Jerome M*** (Broker) by noon the next dayI suppose what seemed important to me was not to himMrM*** did not return my call, when I attempted to call back the same number, it was disconnected I then searched the company on the web, on 1/14, and located MrM***'s cell I left a message and even though he indicates he will return your call, he failed to do so again On 1/16, I was able to get through on the initial number used, on todayI spoke with MrM*** and he was very rude and condescending When I explained that I had been expecting his returned phone call, he indicated in a very careless tone that he is not responsible and this happens all the time When I began to express my concern with his response, he cut me off and indicated "Ms*** it's Monday and I don't feel like arguing", he implied that because I provided a rebuttal, I was arguing with him Which was untrue He then told me to close my mouth as if what I had to say was not worth hearing or considering MrM***'s level of professionalism was unwarranted and should be broadcast I believe anytime individuals are not able to maintain professionalism, they cannot be trustedMrM*** demonstrated a very selfish and inconsiderate disposition when having to deal with a problem and another human being
