I initially contacted a supervisor at Kohl's.com They were no help - that is why I have attempted to resolve this through the Revdex.com I find it hard to believe that Kohl's is not willing to call me to discuss this important matter I could understand the options given to me if these items were not so large and heavy If I could lift them into my vehicle - they are too large to fit inside my vehicle Therefore, the options given to me will not work, because of these factors and apparently this is something that no one at Kohl's is taking into consideration At this point, if Kohl's is not willing to make this right by refunding me 100% of my purchase price, plus the interest that has been charged to my card, without returning the severely damaged items within the next business days, I guess my next step is to contact a lawyer and see how they can help me Regards, [redacted]

As the price adjustment would only be offered if the purchase was done in a Kohl's store or on Kohls.com, we respectfully decline the request to be reimbursed the difference in priceAs such, no further compensation is warranted and we consider this matter closed
Upon review of our customer's order, the customer stated that FedEx denied her claimKohl's is not responsible for the items since FedEx confirms delivery of her packageShe would need to contact FedEx and the customer might want to consider filing a police report as well
