This contractor owes us a partial refund of over $7000 for work they did not complete on an addition they were hired to do. On May 9th this contractor offered to refund part of our deposit due to delays in our addition project. TO date this contractor has not told us when he will be refunding the balance of our deposit which is over $7,000. The contractor and his subcontractor charged us $4700 for a driveway that was not completed as promised. Desired SettlementA partial refund of our deposit and complete our driveway with timbers as agreed upon.
