We enjoyed a mutually beneficial flying training arrangement with this customer, as he states. When he first notified us in July that he would no longer be flying with us, we advised him that we would need him to return his airport security area badge (which has our company name on it,
making us responsible for it) before we could refund his unused balance. He returned his badge on October 14, 2015. Unfortunately, it appears that we did not receive any other emails or written requests from him Therefore, we didn’t realize our mistake of inadvertently placing his refund package in an incorrect file location, where we accidentally over looked it. We apologize and have now mailed his refund
