The only diff between u and the mns who've been here to fix pc issues is that you got away with a lot more $$$ - pat urself on the back.*** *** Being the "expert" you're suppose to be, you should've known that the 'weird' noise was my fan going out. You probably also knew, when you left, that was not gonna work for much of anything and that I'd have to reinstall my Microsoft. Which again, you apparently didn't know about or was another way of getting a bit of moola from me. It was easily reloaded once I got a pc that worked like it should. Of course, being the 'expert' that you are, I'm sure u also knew that that pc was a wash when you left.For the MINS THAT YOU ACTUALLY DID ANYTHING, I could've done everything myself. You did ABSOLUTELY nothing that I could not have!Thanks again for the service and I'll be sure to put in a bad word for you whenever someone needs help with their pc.Have a nice summer
