I am rejecting this response because: First of all I would like to say when I file a complaint with the Revdex.com and on Moody's website the issue had not been resolved. My niece did have my car when it got towed. The towing was/is not my complaint, it was destroying my car in days and not even trying to contact me was my issue with Moody's Towing. I tried and asked multiple times over a few weeks to try to resolve this without lawyers. I was told by the owner himself that I would need to sue him because he was not going to pay me more then for my car. I was left with no other options but to take him to court at that point. It wasn't until after I filed complaints did the owner call me and we were able to resolve the issue. I was not able to delete my comments from his website after I was paid. I have no regrets because I would do the same again. Had I sued them, I'm told I would of received money for punitive damages as well. Let's hope they will try to contact the owner of a vehicle before destroying it in the future
This didn't make me happen when [redacted] said she called the Revdex.com. Customers are always sue happen and suppose to be always right. [redacted] had the cart before the horse. Everything has been resolved. We got paid and she got paid. Considering it was her nieces fault...
