Review: We paid Mr. [redacted] of Moody Athletics $1000.00 for Personal Training service which he did not provide. On two occasions he said he was in the hospital and 3 occasions said his phone was not working. Since April 15th we have been attempting to get him to serve as agreed upon by contract which in proven to be broken. We requested a refund. He refuses to communicate with us. We ever offered a settlement of half of what he owes us. Mr. Moody response was he does not have to explain himself to us and made comments to bait us into an abusive conversation. This company is corrupt. We since found out he ripped off someone in temecula for 4500 dollars allegedly not having time to service his client. Emails and text messages prove his violation of his agreement and his actions prove this company is a scam. No proper business contact info. When asked for an office number he directed me to email which he refuses to respond to our concerns. He is and elite bodybuilder and is setting a bad example. He agree to train 1 session per month. never set it up. Never called.
